Service Description

Complete eligible notarizations securely online without the need for in-person travel. Remote Online Notarization (RON) allows you to connect with Edward Grant Notary Services from virtually anywhere in the world, whether you are traveling, living overseas, serving in the military, working offshore, attending school abroad, or simply prefer the convenience of online service. Identity verification and credential analysis help ensure a secure and compliant notarization experience. Base pricing includes one signer and one notarial certificate. Additional signers, certificates, witness services, and other applicable services may result in additional fees. Texas notarial fees are established by state law. The total amount due at booking includes a Remote Online Session & Reservation Fee and the applicable Texas notarial fees for one signer and one notarial certificate. Service Fee Remote Online Session & Reservation Fee: $15 Texas Online Notarization Fee: $25 Texas Notarial Fee: $10 Total Due at Booking: $50 Optional Add-On Services Additional Notarial Certificate (RON): $15 each (up to 3) Witness Service (RON): $10 each (up to 2) Additional fees are only charged when selected or required and as permitted by Texas law.


Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Edward Grant Notary Services for your Remote Online Notarization needs. RON appointments are conducted through a secure online platform in accordance with Texas law. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a reliable internet connection, a functioning camera and microphone, and a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID available during the session. Additional identity verification, credential analysis, and knowledge-based authentication (KBA) may be required before notarization can be completed. Base pricing includes one signer and one notarial certificate. Additional certificates, witness services, and other requested services may result in additional fees. Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. If a Remote Online Notarization cannot be completed due to credential analysis failure, knowledge-based authentication (KBA) failure, technical issues, or other circumstances preventing completion, the appointment may be converted into a one-time rescheduling credit valid for up to 30 days. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all required documents are complete and ready for notarization prior to the appointment. Witnesses, if required, must be provided by the client unless witness services have been requested in advance. Edward Grant Notary Services reserves the right to refuse or terminate a notarization when required by law, when a signer's identity cannot be satisfactorily established, when fraud or coercion is suspected, or when any legal requirement for notarization cannot be met.
