Edward Grant Notary Services provides mobile notary services, remote online notarization (RON), loan signing services, apostille assistance, and related document services in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Notarial services are performed only when all legal requirements are satisfied, including proper identification of the signer and the notary's determination that the signer is acting willingly and appears competent to execute the document.

Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
• Providing valid, government-issued identification when required.
• Ensuring documents are complete and ready for notarization prior to the appointment.
• Appearing for scheduled appointments on time.
• Providing accurate contact and scheduling information.
• Meeting all identity verification requirements for Remote Online Notarization services.
Edward Grant Notary Services reserves the right to refuse service when required by law or when notarization requirements cannot be satisfied.
Remote Online Notarization
Remote Online Notarization (RON) services require identity verification through approved technology providers. Customers may be required to complete Credential Analysis (CA), Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA), or other verification methods required by law.
Failure to successfully complete identity verification may prevent completion of the notarization.

Fees and Payments

Service fees may include travel fees, convenience fees, scheduling fees, technology fees, administrative fees, and other non-notarial service charges.

Notarial act fees are governed by Texas law and are charged only when the notarial act is successfully performed.

Fees for travel, scheduling, administrative work, technology services, and other services already rendered may be non-refundable as outlined in applicable service policies.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edward Grant Notary Services and EG3 Group LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
